Becoming Spiritually Healthy

I’m so grateful to God for allowing me to SEE my life and my past through His TRUTH — the only truth.

Yesterday I had the privilege of attending a session with ServingLeaders Ministry, based on the book The Spiritually Healthy Leader: Finding Freedom from Self-Sabotage, taught by its author Dave Wiedis. It was such a powerful and eye-opening experience.

Even though the book is written for leaders, its message goes far beyond leadership. It invites every person to pause, look inward, and allow God to bring healing and balance to their spiritual and emotional life. During the session, God used the teaching and reflection to help me see the root of my anxiety and to remind me that He wants us to serve and live from a place of peace and wholeness.

One of my favorite parts of the book is the reflection questions at the end of each chapter, which help you slow down and let the Holy Spirit speak to your heart. But ultimately, it’s God who brings real transformation—He uses books, people, and moments to draw us closer to Him.

Book Suggestion!!!

📖 “Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.”
— Proverbs 4:23

🙏 Lord, thank You for being the One who heals, restores, and renews our hearts. Teach us to live from Your peace and reflect Your love in all we do. In Jesus Christ name. Amen.
