Leadership Reflection
Last night, I attended the annual celebration of a ministry dedicated to strengthening leaders. One phrase deeply resonated with me:
“Leadership is not about what we do, but about who we are.”
True leadership flows from the heart. It’s not defined by titles or achievements, but by our character—how we live, respond to challenges, and reflect God’s love in daily life.
In a recent leadership course at Wharton, I learned that leadership is a calling to help others, and once we accept that calling, everything matters. Every word and action becomes part of the testimony others see.
We also spoke about the importance of quiet moments with God, where He restores, guides, and reminds us that we lead through His grace, not our own strength.
Leadership isn’t easy, but when God entrusts us with it, He equips us to carry it with wisdom, humility, and peace.

Prayer:
Lord, thank You for trusting us with the gift of leadership. Bless every leader—in homes, churches, workplaces, and communities. Help us lead with love, humility, and balance. Renew our strength and teach us to lead as You would. Amen.
