LIVING A LIFE OF PURPOSE
Step boldly into God’s calling and build a future filled with meaning and community
We all long to live with purpose, yet often search for it in the wrong places. In this session, I guide people to discover and embrace God’s calling, building a life of clear direction and strong values. I also highlight the importance of community and using our gifts to impact others. It’s a motivating message for anyone ready to live intentionally and leave an eternal mark.
Application: To move from inspiration to action, participants will receive a One-Page Reflection Guide designed to help them organize their thoughts and create a practical path forward. This guide includes:
Life Plan Design: mapping out a simple purpose plan centered on God’s calling.
Community Connections: identifying the people and communities that strengthen and support them.
Testimony Power: reflecting on how sharing their story can bring healing and encouragement to others.
As part of the application, participants will work with the ikigai framework—a tool to help them clarify what they love, what they are good at, what the world needs, and how it aligns with God’s purpose. This exercise reinforces the truth that God is a God of order, and living with purpose means aligning our gifts and passions with His design. Practical activities such as writing a purpose plan, voluntary testimony sharing, and a closing group prayer with symbolic offering guide participants from reflection into action.
Scriptural Anchors: The message is rooted in the Bible’s call to purposeful living:
Jeremiah 29:11 – “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
1 Corinthians 14:33 – “For God is not a God of disorder but of peace.”
Ephesians 2:10 – “For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.”
Matthew 5:16 – “Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.”
These Scriptures affirm that purpose flows from God’s orderly design and is lived out daily in faith, community, and service.
