The Truth That Sets You Free

Many times we stay silent or adjust the story just to avoid conflict.
We tell ourselves it’s better not to hurt, not to complicate things.
But even small lies wear down the soul — they keep us tied to something that isn’t real.

Truth may be uncomfortable; it confronts and exposes us.
But it also heals. It brings rest, clarity, and freedom.
When we choose truth, we choose maturity, integrity, and peace.

And when it feels too hard to face, we can ask God for strength.
He doesn’t reject honesty — He blesses it.
Because truth is the place where healing begins.

Lord, give me the courage to live in truth.
Teach me to speak with love, to acknowledge my mistakes, and to let go of fear.
