Johanna is a single mom and an entrepreneur. During COVID, she lost her job as an engineer and suddenly became the sole provider for her son, her mother, and her grandmother.
In the face of desperation, she turned her front door into an opportunity — literally grilling arepas and selling them right from her home. With determination and courage, Johanna built a small business that became the lifeline for her family.

Her son, like many teenagers, found himself with little to do during summer vacations. To help, I sponsored his participation in a summer camp where he discovered a passion for biking. Today, he is thriving in the sport — staying healthy, active, and motivated. This not only gave him a safe space to grow but also allowed Johanna to focus fully on her business during the summer months.
